CSI – VR St-Cyr honoré par Newmar

CSI – VR St-Cyr honoré par Newmar – L’entreprise de St-Mathieu de Beloeil au Québec est parmi les quatorze détaillants qui ont reçu la certification CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), la plus haute distinction pour le service à la clientèle. Dans un communiqué où le manufacturier publie les noms des quatorze détaillants, VR St-Cyr est le seul marchand Québécois. Seul un autre commerçant Canadien a été choisi parmi la liste des gagnants, il s’agit de Midtown RV, LTD de Penticton en Colombie Britannique.

L’index de satisfaction de la clientèle permet au manufacturier de s’assurer que ses détaillants offrent le meilleur service aux propriétaires de motorisés Newmar. Ces VR haut de gamme dont la qualité est reconnue sur le marché exigent aussi un service après vente sans faille.

Les propriétaires de ces véhicules de-luxe s’attendent à un service digne de la gamme. Le CSI vient confirmer la capacité du marchand à procéder aux travaux requis par la garantie à la satisfaction du client. La distinction est calculée d’après les sondages de satisfaction remplis par les clients.

«14 Dealers Garner Newmar Corp.’s CSI Awards

Class A motorhome builder Newmar Corp. recently named its list of dealers being recognized for providing excellent customer service over the past year.

According to a press release, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award is presented to dealers who scored in a predetermined percentile based on results from customer surveys. Fourteen Newmar dealers earned the award by providing excellent customer service to Newmar customers receiving warranty work.

The 2015 award winners include: Ansley RV, Duncansville, Pa.; Coachlight RV Sales Inc., Carthage, Mo.; Freedom RV, Tucson, Ariz.; Independence RV Sales & Service, Winter Garden, Fla.; Midway Motor Homes Inc., Grand Rapids, Mich.; Steinbring Motorcoach, Garfield, Minn.; VR St-Cyr, St. Mathieu De Beloeil, Quebec; Midtown RV, LTD, Penticton, British Columbia; North Trail RV, Ft. Myers & Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; National Indoor RV Centers, Lewisville, Texas and Lilburn, Ga.; Transwest Truck and Trailer, Belton, Mo., and Grand Junction, Colo.; Southaven RV Center, Southaven, Miss.

“Newmar feels this award is important because we value how our mutual customers are treated and that the service experience is a positive one,” Newmar Vice President of Service Operations Matt Utley said. “Newmar is pleased with the customer support provided by our dealer partners. As confirmed by their customers, the dealers earning this award possess a strong commitment of customer satisfaction that permeates through their entire organization. Four dealers this year also earned the Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award. Miller is the founder of Newmar and the award in his name recognizes those dealerships that most embody the spirit of customer service. This group of winners includes Steinbring Motorcoach, Ansley RV, Midway Motorhomes and Independence RV.

Also, this year an added award was issued for New Coach Delivery Excellence. The group included Midway Motorhomes, Steinbring Motorcoach, Coachlight RV, Midtown RV and Transwest Truck and Trailer.»
